You are absolutely right. Lately I have wondered if there is something in the water in D.C. that affects rational thinking. There have certainly been a lot of incoherent speeches and political activities. Sadly I think most of our eleceted officials in Congress no longer represent the American voter. Instaed they represent their own personal agenda or the agenda of whatever lobby or multi-national owns them! I truly wish there was a way written into the Constitution to get rid of them all and vote in a whole new batch!

No need to worry, it's probably just Barney Frank's turn to address the House again... I'm sure he'll be done soon.
