Like it or not, everyone changes over the course of a year; you and the fam. Take it easy for a while. I was very proud to see all was in order at home, despite my absence for a year. It took some adjustment, but just roll with it, and you'll be OK. Took me about 90 days to get back to "normal" (whatever that is) with my wife of 20+ years, and two teenage kids.
